Well, that’s exactly what happened to me after I visited The Restaurant on the Knoll at Isaiah Tubbs Resort in West Lake.

From the moment I sat down, I was greeted with stunning views of the Dunes across West Lake and a bright pink and purple sunset sky.

But the real magic happened when the food arrived. Each dish was expertly prepared, from the starter right down to dessert.

I especially loved the lobster mac and cheese rich, creamy, and with just the right amount of lobster.

As if that wasn’t enough, the service was top-notch, and the witty banter from the server had me laughing throughout the meal.

Suffice it to say, if you’re ever in West Lake, make sure to swing by The Restaurant on the Knoll your taste buds (and sense of humor) will thank you.

Conference Centre

the Isaiah Tubbs Resort Conference Centre. This place has it all from gorgeous West Lake views and sandy beaches to top-notch conference facilities and even a mini-golf course for when you need to blow off some steam after a long day of meetings.
